Afternoon Bar Mitzvah parties usually are not as exciting as ones held at night but DJ Phil Cohen from Cohen Productions proved  it didn’t matter what the clock said because as far as he was concerned, it was party time! This made for some great footage for the Bar Mitzvah Video.
